I can’t believe this. I just got on the scale this morning, and was shocked to see that I weigh exactly the same that I did on January 1, which was almost three weeks ago. How can that be? I’ve made a concerted effort to reduce my caloric and fat intake (I started up my food journal again), and I’ve been exercising as usual (combo of cardio and weight training). So how can I be exactly the same??? I know weight loss can be a slow process, but come on! I’m not even a half a pound lighter? Really?
I’m still looking for supplements, and am now considering lipovox. One of the things I really like is that there are no nasty side effects of lipovox, so I don’t have to worry about getting all jittery or weird while taking it. The last thing I want to do is advertise to everyone in my life that I’m on a diet supplement, know what I mean?
Anyway, I haven’t made a final decision yet. I wish I could try them all, but some of these pills are so expensive that that’s just not feasible.

Are you using a digital scale? I had one, and it gave me a different weight every time I went on. Even within seconds of one another, the weight could be as much as 4 pounds different.
I ended up getting a cheap analog one. I can’t say for sure whether the weight it shows me is ACCURATE, but at least it tells me the same weight every time, so I can check weight gain or loss more effectively.
Good luck!

Yes, I do have a digital scale. This is the one that gives me the same reading each time, showing me that I haven’t lost any weight at all despite all the exercise and calorie-cutting. I occasionally test my scale’s accuracy by putting a 20-lb bag of rice or something on there to see if it gives me the right weight.
