Well, it seems like all of the hard work and exercise that I’ve put into my weight loss program has gone out the window these past few weeks. I’ve been snacking like crazy, haven’t been watching my portion sizes, and have had to drag my ass to the gym, whereas before I always looked forward to going. The result? I’ve gained back 4 of the 10 pounds that I lost, and am now feeling depressed and unmotivated.
With the holidays just around the corner, I’ve got to nip this trend in the bud and try to get back to my regimen ASAP. The last thing I need is to completely abandon my self-control in time for pumpkin pie, turkey, mashed potatoes, and all the cookies and sweets that come with the holidays. It took me nearly 8 months to lose 10 pounds, but I know I can gain it all back a lot quicker than that.
I need to find some effective diet pills to jump start my weight loss. I think an appetite suppressant would work wonders for me, so that’s what I’ll look for first. Hopefully I can find something to help here!

The chance of success will triple if you have a partner doing it with you. Motivation that comes from the other person is a great boost on days where you don’t feel like going through with your routine! You can do it bud.

You can do it! The strategies you mention are proven techniques, portion control, gym time. But for weight loss to stick, those things can’t be linked to losing weight. Those things truly have to be lifestyle modifications for your wieght loss to stick. At least that’s what they tell me. And for pete’s sake, stay away from drugs!!
