Man, what is all this crap about Brett Favre thinking about coming out of retirement to play again this season? The guy is sounding like a friggin’ drama queen asking the GB Packers to release him so he can possibly sign with another team.

After all that the Green Bay organization and fans have done for Favre during his career, how could he even think of suiting up in another team’s colors?? And yes, I know Favre has done a lot for the Packers and the fans as well, but in my mind that’s even more of a reason not to go elsewhere.

Favre has already achieved tons of glory on the field — 3-time NFL MVP, Super Bowl champion, all-time passing yards leader — and certainly doesn’t need the money, so why not just go out of the game with dignity?

I hope the Packers show a bit of loyalty to Aaron Rodgers, who has been waiting patiently for his shot for three years now, by not having anything to do with Favre. If Favre really wants to come back in the league, the Pack should try to trade him and at least get something of value for him. But, really, I hope Favre just stays retired!!!
