I’ve mentioned several times before that one of my favorite MLB teams outside of the White Sox and Cubs are the Seattle Mariners. I like Ichiro and a couple of their pitchers, and I really got into the team back in 2001 when Ichiro first joined the team. But without an expensive DirecTV subscription, there’s no way to see Mariners games regularly. I can only watch them when they play the Sox.
So a few days ago, I was checking around online to see what other options there are, and I came across a site called MyP2P.eu that provides links for live streaming sporting events — including a lot of MLB games! All you have to do is download some software called SopCast (it’s safe, no spyware) and then check the broadcast schedule at MyP2P.eu. If you see a game you’re interested in, click the link and it’ll fire up on your PC soon.
This has worked beautifully for the first two Mariners games of the season, and I definitely plan on using it again. I noticed that not all MLB games are available for streaming, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers, right?
If you’d like to follow an out-of-market baseball team without paying for expensive TV or Internet subscriptions, check out MyP2P.eu today!
