Well, after a few last-minute problems, we were finally able to take delivery of our new van over the weekend. This was about three weeks later than expected, but the delay wasn’t really the dealer’s fault, so we didn’t mind.
We absolutely love our van, and have already put a couple hundred miles on it just from taking long drives whenever we get a chance. Everything about the van is cool, from the top-of-the-line GPS navigation system to the built-in iPod port and rear seat Alpine DVD player. Heck, there’s even a plug for my laptop so I never have to worry about the battery running out!
Of course, all of these extras cost a lot of money, so we’re going to be paying close to $700 a month for the next 5 years. I know that’s pretty high, but we didn’t exactly get the best rate on our loan.
