Actually, I wouldn't be surprised to see him transfer if the Irish keep losing like this. And I hate to even think about the effect this season is going to have on future recruiting efforts :( . This was just barely bareable to watch. Of course that is only in comparison to the three previous games which made me especially sick. I didn't expect Notre Dame to be good, but to be in the bottom 10 of all the Division 1 schools, this is beyond bad for the Irish. I almost can't see how Charlie can keep his job after this season. He would have to win out to make next year. I feel bad for Clausen as you know he is thinking "What have I gotten myself into?" Better times have to be ahead, but waiting for them will be difficult. One good thing, as you mentioned, my Saturdays will be free this year. I feel your pain. This was just barely bareable to watch.
