If you’re a fan of the CBS daytime soap As the World Turns, then this is a contest you won’t want to miss! One lucky person will “Win a Day With Brad & Katie”, plus receive a check for $5,000. Brad and Katie, of course, are two characters on the show and are played by Austin Peck and Terri Columbino. Austin and Terri have graciously agreed to visit the winner’s home and perform his or her least favorite chore I’ve got a whole list of chores that I hate doing, so it would be hard for me to decide which one I’d want them to do!
All you have to do to enter is write a 75-word essay explaining why Brad and Katie should do your chores for you. You can enter as many times as you like, but each essay must be original. All eligible entries received will be judged on the basis of originality and creativity (50%), appropriateness of essay to theme (35%) and sincerity (15%), and one lucky person will emerge as the winner.
The deadline for this contest is 6:00 PM (ET) on 4/12/07, so there’s not a heck of a lot of time left!
