Just a couple of weeks ago, I wrote a review of Dreamhost over on one of my other blogs. In that review, I said that one of the reasons I like Dreamhost is that they never seem to have any service problems and I can always add new blog posts quickly (which, of course, is critical to a PPP postie).
But in the last few days, I’ve noticed that my sites have slowed down considerably. It’s taking much longer for my posts to go through, and sometimes I can’t even view my sites at all. I don’t know if the long posting time is a WordPress thing or a Dreamhost thing, but it bugs nevertheless. I do know that not being able to view my sites is a Dreamhost problem.
I haven’t noticed any unusual spikes in traffic, nor have I added any plugins or widgets, or otherwise tinkered with my sites, so I have no clue what’s going on here.
Are any of you other Dreamhost customers having problems lately?
