I was looking up some nutrition information to see what kind of junk food I could squeeze into my diet today to break up the monotony a bit when I found this eye-opening blog post. It’s called 15 Fast Food Wonders and lists the mind-boggling amount of calories contained in some common restaurant fare.
Can you believe that a roast beef and swiss cheese sandwich from Arby’s has 777 calories?? And that’s one of the “healthier” choices on the list!
Remind me NEVER to have the Mini Burger with Onion Rings from Denny’s. According to the site I linked to, that dish has a whopping 2044 calories — more than what you’re supposed to have in an entire day!!!
I feel a bit sick after seeing that info. I guess I’ll settle for my oatmeal and toast breakfast again….
